It\u2019s what enables a leader to channel all of that passion into a sustainable plan that delivers results.<\/p>\n<p>Together, passion and discipline create a formidable leadership combination.<\/p>\n<p>Here are 10 realities leaders know about the one-two punch of passion and discipline:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Passion sees the vision. Discipline translates it into action.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>2.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Passion attracts a team. Discipline builds the team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Passion makes good decisions.
