In one easy to remember phrase, Sheryl Sandberg of Facebook gave Summit leaders a breakthrough way to look at building a team.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>And the best part? That was just one of dozens of leadership gems that were provided by speakers at this year&#8217;s Summit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What I have compiled is not a &#8220;Top 10&#8221; list, nor a &#8220;Best of&#8230;&#8221; list. These are simply my favorite quotes from this year&#8217;s Summit. These are the sound bites that resonated with me in an immediate, and profound way.
