I am a follower of Jesus. That said, I learn from leaders from all faiths and of no faith. And I try to make my own leadership platform accessible to leaders of all faiths, and of no faith.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But each year at Easter, I make it a practice to clearly and openly convey the core place from which my leadership originates.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you do not share my own faith perspective, I would not be offended if you choose to skip this blog post. I will return to regular leadership content in my next post, on April 19.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every leader should be able to clearly answer the question, “Why do you lead?” For me, the answer lies in the words below…<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIf Christ has not been raised,\u00a0our preaching is useless and so is your faith.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

1 Corinthians 15:14<\/sup><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

If Christ has not been raised,\u00a0none of these leadership roles matter, including:<\/p>\n

    A post-pandemic strategy<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    A compelling vision<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    A team-building exercise<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    A set of core values<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    A dynamic Zoom meeting<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    An effort to align the team<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    A clear decision<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    A mentoring and coaching relationship<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    A solution to a tough problem<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If Christ has not been raised, none of it matters.<\/p>\n

    But Christ has been raised. So it all can matter.<\/p>\n

    He is risen.<\/p>\n

    He is risen indeed.<\/p>\n
