How do you know if you are actually growing as a leader?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here are 3 indicators to look for\u2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>You are attracting higher capacity leaders into your orbit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>John Maxwell has rightly pointed out that if you are a \u201c6\u201d or a \u201c7\u201d as a leader, you will never attract \u201c8\u2019s\u201d and \u201c9\u2019s\u201d.
